Makro Worst Customer Care and online experience
Makro has the worst customer care I have ever come across, you need to hold on for 20 minutes before some person bothers to tell you another bul**** story about where your online orderded goods are. I bougth some beer and Whiskey online on the 27th of November and only received thd beer, after numerous tickets logged and numerous calls, no one has even bothered to advise where my goods are. I also bought a soundbar which ì still did not receivd either!! Staff all have this dont care attitude, WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE

14 Jan 2020, 08:24Once again Makro has the worst after care service ever, phone me last Tuesday about the Hallo Peter thing as they call it and according to their response feedback would be given within 24 to 48 hours, well its a week later and not word form them yet, still no Whiskey and Makro *****ing my money as they've had it for almost 2 months without delivering my goods. Just imagine how many interest they earn on the thousands of rand they banked without supplying the stock!! Shocking - really hope they do not participate in online shopping any more as they cannot manage it!!!!!!!!
