MAKRO worst company ever to order from

On 17 March I ordered online for my grand child a birthday gift. Makro promised to deliver 21 March. On the 22nd I phoned them because there were NO delivery. Every time a different excuse. I have been phoni g them daily!!! On the 28th they promised they will send it via Express courier. I went to my grand child's birthday empty handed on the 29th. Today 1 April I phone again. Every time I wNted to speak to the manager...the lines are either out of order or he is not available. I am furious about this pathetic servive of Makro, and I will broadcast my disgust with them all over the media. My order number is MAK***, if they are interested at all
