Makro - worst after sales service ever!!!!

Almost 1 month later since my review and STILL no solution. Empty promises that has not been kept by. I am strongly considering not to support Makro in future again because the after sales consumer support is absolutely terrible, and I am not complaining about a R1k product. It is freaking expensive! And to top it all off have to undergo extra expenses to take my washing to a laundromat.
