Makro worst after sales experience!!!

I bought online (R6200) and my order was confirmed and it was showing order being processed. Next thing I receive email that my order was cancelled (apparently no stock - how do i pay for no stock????) and no communication on how I'll get my refund (paid via instant EFT). I'm the one who had to contact call centre, who were no helpful at all; they still need to escalate and someone will call me??? 2 days later no call back; and call centre says my money will take 2 to 7 working days to be paid back? why must i wait; i paid instanlty; now i have to wait 2 weeks for my money?
