Makro Woodmeand Customer Care

Bought a fridge at Makor Woodmead on 4th feb, I have been waiting for delivery since . Today I waited for 30 min and been put on hold for 30 min , to tell me they do not have stock of fridges. Customer care does not exists ! I have been on the phone for 1 hour, getting move from one to another , and put on hold for most of the time..
