Makro Woodmead - Your service stinks

Bought a Defy washing machine from the Woodmead, Gauteng store on 1 Feb. Paid cash. Was delivered around the 3rd or 4th feb. Frst time I usedd it was the 10th Feb - the machine did not let the water out! Did not spin. I called on the 10th. I was told somebody will call me back. I called back on the 18th. The call centre said they will give me the store number, I must speak to the Large appliance department. I spoke with a Maria in the Large appliance department. She promised action. Nothing happened. The about a week ago I got a call from somebody who said his name was Thabelo and he said he was a manager at this branch of Makro. He assured me somebody will call me back within 24 -48 hours. Then Maria, from Large appliances called me to get my address. Asked me if I used the machine myself or if my wife used it, ***! Promised me the technician will come out to assess the machine. Again a time frame of 24 - 48 hours was given. 7 Days and I am still waiting. I tried to get the water stuck in the machine out with buckets first and alter towels, because it was smelling. I am still waiting, today is 4th of March 2020.
