MAKRO WOODMEAD WORST SERVICE!!!

I ordered a box of Fritos from Makro Woodmead end of July. When i counted, there were 8 packets missing in my order. I emailed Makro.. since August and till today no one is taking responsibility of my request or seeing the need to reimburse me with my missing items. No one is responding to my emails. Its truly surprising that a huge business such as Makro is failing to redeliver 8 packets of chips! Can someone from Makro Woodmead respond to me and tell me how they are planning to reimburse my items AS WELL AS MY TIME!!!
