Makro Woodmead -Worst Company Ever

Makro really takes people for granted. The worst ****ing service I have ever experienced in my life. You guys really do not value your customers or customer service! how am I still waiting for an order that I placed 9 days ago to be delivered? you guys lie to your customers and mistreat them. I have gone to Makro Woodmead- from Roodepoort to inquire about my order 2 times now, today would be my third time. since yesterday you promised my fridge would be delivered and today made me leave work to go wait for a delivery that didn't even arrive!! is this how you honestly treat your customers? I paid for my fridge in full and even a ridiculous delivery fee but you guys can't even deliver that to my door? its really bull**** what you guys do to your customers. I have wasted petroleum and close to R200 airtime trying to locate my fridge. you guys are a bunch of ***** and inconsiderate at that. I will never ever buy from Makro for as long as I'm still breathing. I'm disgusted by your service and your useless staff!!!
