Makro Woodmead worse service

We bought a LG washing machine steam on the 2 October 2021. There is a promotion that when you buy this machine you receive a R1000 aura collection diffuser & fragrance gift voucher. Makro woodmead is now giving me the run around and dont want to give me voucher.
