MAKRO WOODMEAD will not refund for table saw (BOSCH)

I bought a table saw on 25 October 2024, the table was assembled at the shop. I used it once and the blade was not stable, after locking it once and the blade guide was torn off because of the blade. I got injured and landed in hospital. I took the machine back on 02 November 2024, indicating that I do not want that machine anymore. They refused to refund me with the reason that they will fix the machine (BOSCH) I told them that I do not want to risk my life with that machine I will buy another brand.
