Makro Woodmead Terrible service. Urgent Refund

Ive never been this frustrated, angry and disgusted. I have been calling Makro with no assistance on my refund. I placed an order on the 3rd May, it was cancelled. Today is the 28th, still no refund or communication from them.

A lady who called on Monday, said, refund takes up to 24Hrs, I asked how, as Ive been waiting for 15 days but nothing. Im still waiting, I want my refund. What makes things worse is, I did not cancel this order, they did and to this day, all the sales consultants Ive spoken to would ask me, did they tell you why it wZ cancelled. No Im so tired of this. This is disrespect and wasting all my airtym for the same lies and response.
