Makro - Woodmead. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service at Makro in Woodmead, Johannesburg. Floor assistants were not at all helpful and I kept getting bumped from one assistant to another. They are supposed to advise on products but no one knew anything. The assistants in the Tech section were very lazy to even show me where what I looking for is. They just simply pointed to god knows where. Didn't bother handling customer confusion and expectations. Lastly, teller was highly rude and didn't bother packing my goods in packets. Let us pack it ourselves. I would definitely not go back to Makro in a hurry.
