Makro woodmead service sucks and Hisense fridges too!

Hisense and Makro is a bad recipe. Bought a fridge worth 25K when it was 19K on special and also a warranty to boot. The fridge has a dead water dispenser and freezer light doesn't work. Today its exactly 9 days without any tangible action from these guys. i needed info about when the fridge will be collected from my house. They both speak of plans to come and repair the fridge and its mind boggling how anybody would expect me to accept a repaired 20K fridge. you cant get anybody on the phone as the companies simply don't care.
