Makro woodmead service and appliances

I’ve written before and now I’m writing again because after makro coming back to me because of hello Peter When responding privately to the lady who contacted me to inform that my machine is still making a noise and still spinning with noise and soap not going through properly ect they still won’t replace my machine that’s under warranty. Being a single mom with 3 boys I can’t be without a machine and need a new one to be replaced it’s not even a year old and I must have it worked on 3 times Service is pathetic I want a new machine not another fixing This is honestly ridiculous So tired of this truly Seems nothing from woodmead makro is reliable At the same time when I bought my machine I bought a new fridge and microwave. Microwave is great but fridge water dispenser leaks when being filled Unless this is all sorted asap and my machine replaced Then I wouldn’t buy anything from woodmead makro quick to take money buy not to uptake on their warranty’s Not IMPRESSED at all
