I bought an Asus Laptop a year ago. I mislaid the box which had the product key for the operating software. I contacted Makro Woodhead for assistance and I was not able to get any response from them.

The laptop was purchased online and surely they ought to have records and serial numbers of the products that are dispatched, however they told me they cannot assist.
