Makro Woodmead Sandton. Makro Store, Terrible service.

I placed an order at Makro on the 3rd May, was sent an email that my laptop would be delivered on the 7th. Around the 10th I called, sales consultant said, order has been cancelled.

Its the 20th today, still no email or confirmation regarding my order, their consultants are putting me on hold, the service is terrible. There has been no communication from them. I have called today again, all they say is, order was cancelled, they dont know why. I am not upset, I am super mad. How do they treat customers like this. Makro Woodmead, your service is terrible and horrible. You are unprofessional and I want my refund.
