Makro Woodmead - Poor Service

I recently started a distribution business delivering consumables to a Corporate Client Nationally (JHB-CPT&KZN. In JHB we chose to use Makro Woodmead to do the purchases including delivery. We have been having endless problems from start to finish i.e. Quotes are not attending to timeously and accurately - then we have deliveries going to the incorrect addresses as well as not going on the dates promised. We have no issues with Makro Montague and Makro Amanzimtoti. Samson in Montague and Valkiria in Amanzimtoti provide us with Excellent service. What is wrong with Woodmead? Not sure if me posting this is going to make any difference?
