Makro Woodmead poor after sales service

After taking in my TV to Makro Woodmead, I only had a few months I was told to wait 14 to 21 days. After 17 working days I phoned to follow up several times only to wait 45 minutes at time being told the store is not answering and being sent from pillar to post. I have spent hundreds of rands in airtime with no answer or resolve. The customer service at Makro Woodmead is seriously poor and the attitude is even worse.
