Makro Woodmead now what?

To say I'm defeated is an understatement. So on Saturday I bought a fridge from Makro on Woodmead. Before paying I ask the salesman for when delivery will take place. He assures me Monday. I ask again for him to confirm and also make a delivery note that Monday 2nd September they must deliver. I had a food delivery scheduled for Monday with things that have to go in the Fridge

Monday I get a call to confirm I'm home. Yes I'm home and the lady says ok delivery will be done soon. I wait. Haiboooo 5 pm no call no no delivery I call and speak to a lovely lady name Okuhle. She takes my story and calls Woodmead to find out they tell her to transfer me to them she does. I speak to two consultants at Woodmead with the lady transfering me to some guy who lies and said delivery will be made by 6.30 pm. I'm sitting here two hours later no fridge no call from Makro food will go off and all that Makro will say is we are sorry.

What about my time I took to WFH for the delivery and the food that's sitting in the sink 😭 the lies? I must suffer double?
