Makro woodmead lazy staff and quick to refer clients
So so disappointed by Makro woodmead staff.
I called this morning to ask for advise on my Samsung microwave which lasted for only 2 years. I was told to take it to the store, when I got there, I was told to take it to MM All things Samsung repairs in revonia, got there and I was told to fix it, it will cost+- R2000 whereas I bought it for R3000.
I am not happy with the up and downs I did when one person could have just explained everything to me over the phone and we settle the matter instead of wasting my time and petrol.
ShopRite logic microwave lasted me 10 years, while Samsung microwave from Makro lasted me 2 years.
