Makro Woodmead horrible staff and Service

I Bought a Candy washing machine from Makro Woodmead, i have not even used it over ten times in the past year. now the washing machine doesnt dry cloth and when I start t wash cloths it leaks water. i called Makro Woodmead on the 24th on February 2022 i was told i will be contacted by repair people. i am still waiting even though i was told the turn around time is 3 working days. its 09/03/2022 today. i was called yesterday and i was told an email will be sent to me for track record purposes as i was not accepting any verbal apology and verbal confirmation to say the repairer has been contacted, i still haven't received that email. This is breach of contract and agreement after purchasing a product
