Firstly let me say your stokvel process is nonsense and proper clarity and instructions need to be given to your customers.
Having said that and hoping you will fix this, I'll like to commend the helpful and patient service we received from Boitumelo Leuta, Mandisa Hlabisa and Nokthula. They helped us sorting out the mess with a smile while juggling others in the mists of stokvel craziness
