Makro Woodmead disgusting service

Never would I have expected absolutely disgusting service from Makro Woodmead. Went in store to purchase a fridge and was promised that the delivery would happen the next day. I had clearly highlighted the importance of having the fridge delivered the next day. The collection details were sent to me at 12:33 the next day. Immediately contacted the driver who is listed by the name: Presley P. The driver said to me, my delivery will be done in 45 minutes. I called an hour later, same story, he will delivery in 30 minutes. 4 hours later and the delivery still not done, only to find out after another call to the tracking company that the delivery is returned back to the store because he could not get a hold of me on my cell. I received no call or missed call from Presley P. This is a syndicate that these drivers are operating together with Makro staff in my opinion, where they commit to huge number of deliveries and deliver a few parcels and still charge Makro for the returned parcels. If this driver has so confidently done this to me, I’m sure he has done this to other customers. I would appreciate if Makro investigate this matter and prove me wrong.
