Makro woodmead - disappointed

Sjoe, looking at the reviews online, I'm not surprised that I ended up here as well!!!! My order was supposed to be delivered Monday 3 February. Here we are Thursday 6 February with me having to COME INTO THE STORE (what is the purpose of delivery then?) to simply get an update on why the delivery is taking so long! When you phone the call centre which I have tried several times since Tuesday, the people CANNOT get hold of Woodmead. Nor the RM or any other of the 10 numbers they have!!!! Pathetic. Cherry on the top: while in the store, 3 ladies sitting there, no customers and the phone rings endlessly. I happen to see that it's ringing because my eye caught the light flashing, because the phone is silenced.... no wonder their colleagues at the call centre can't reach them... real disappointment Makro......
