Makro woodmead/ centurion does not want to fulfill their promise of refunding me

I ordered 3 cases of cans ( sprite, liqui fruit and stoney 300ml) with order number MAK*** on the 14th of August 2022 the total amount I paid was R592. 94 but when I check it on line it says the balance is R407. 95 and The was a shortage of sprite case when they delivered but they keep on saying they will refund me the balance of undelivered items. I am the one who is calling, they never bothered and keep on telling me that they are escalating the matter. Please help because they keep on saying they will call me and refund me but nothing happens I am so disappointed it's between makro centurion and makro woodmead. Please help am so annoyed by this
