Makro Woodmead - Bull**** Service I was refused a return

I made a return to Makro Woodmead for HP laptop. I was treated very unfairly by the return staff together with her manager.

I purchased a laptop on the 03/08/2023. I established that the laptop does not meet my needs and expectations. I returned to Makro Woodmead where I bought the laptop. I met with hostility where the manager accused me that I returned the laptop late which he claim the return policy for electronics is 7days whereas my invoice and Makro online policy states clearly that the return policy is 14 days with exception of goods stated there.

Additionally, he refused to give me refund and claimed that he will take the product to the assessors which will take 6 weeks then I will get my money back.
