MAKRO WOODMEAD - BAD SERVICE

TRULY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered items for delivery. An employee had said I would receive a call in advance to confirm the time my delivery would come. I received no heads up call and had to cancel all my appointments for the day so I would be able to receive my delivery. When my order arrived, one of the items was damaged and some items missing. I spent lots of time on the phone trying to get assistance but to no avail. I eventually emailed them and someone rep**** requesting my order info. I sent it through, but there’s complete silence now. I don’t know when the missing items will be delivered or when the broken item will be exchanged. I also don’t have a receipt because the delivery man took it back to the store when I notified him that my order was incomplete. I thought for a change, let me shop from Makro but never again if it means I’ll always be in the dark and uninformed yet I’ve paid.
