Makro woodmead

I placed an online order 24 july with makro and they separated my order into two parts. The 1st part they promised in 3 days and second part 7 days. To my surprise the 3 days order never arrived and the 7 days order arrived. Only to find out that the 1st order was supposed to come from woodmead makro. I called to check on my order they said its on dispatch and they don't know why.One said don't worry the order will come tomorrow and nothing changed. On the 8th of August i requested refund on WhatsApp bot .On the 13th of August i called again concerning my refund and the the person who helped said they requested it only on the system but not to the refunds team or accounting team.They gave a reference to say in 7 to 14days i will receive my refunds, nothing came in.On the 9th of September i called again they said i will receive an email with credits end of day or in the morning. Even now nothing.
