Makro Woodmead

I purchased a Bennet Read Vacuum cleaner on black Friday. The vacuum was unpacked the next day only to find that the seal tape was normal sellotape and not the original manufacturer seal. It seemed that the item was either used as a demo in the shop or returned by a previous customer. I approached Makro returns and I was treated as if I was lying or dishonest. The Tevo Consultant put contents back into the box and advised that he could not assist. When you buy an item one would expect the item to not have been opened or used previously. Regret, this was my bad experience at Makro Woodmead
