MAKRO WONT REFUND ME AR748111
I mistakenly overpaid my account at Makro, Makro promised to refund me the overpayment ON THE 19TH of March 2019. They asked me to send proof of account, which I sent to them. They then came back and asked for another proof of account, this time, they indicated that they are unable to open the document due to technical errors. Surprisingly, they also informed me that they will be charging me a fee on overpayment, why must I be charge interest when you as Makro are delaying my refund?, today is the 23 April and I am still being sent from pillar to post. Please indicate when will you refund me?.
