MAKRO WON'T REFUND AFTER COLLECTION

7 June 2023. A week since the defective washing machine has been collected and Makro continues to give my sister the run around for her refund.

Yesterday my sister received communication that she will not be receiving the refund as Makro has failed to collect the machine. Are you kidding me???

Not only was the machine collected but my sister called requesting a confirmation email and was not assisted.

After multiple calls since the disturbing email, she has been told that the machine was fetched but they have not received it. So they are not processing the refund on the account of an internal issue.
