Makro wont process my REFUND, for no obvious reason. I didnt even receive the parcel

How long does it take to get a refund on an order? I have been requesting this since 08 January. #MAK***. Call center indicates that the Germiston store is not getting back to them. I have called on 5 different occasions to query (call centre and the store)!! Pathetic service!!!! 😡

UPDATE2024/01/28: Received a generic response but still no REFUND!!!
