Makro wont let me close my account!!!!!!!!!

Hi i owed Makro R8000 of which i payed last month, after paying i called to close my account but they said it takes 5 working days to reflect which i understood.

2 weeks later i called to close it and they said the dept that does the closing of accounts are busy and they will email them to call me back and close it.

another 2 weeks past and no call, i called them last week again to close the account and again they told me the same story and i'm still waiting!!!! i paid them up and want to close my account but they not letting me do that!!!
