Makro wont help after 2 weeks

Bought insect zappers on Makro Marketplace. Left this review on the product that they would not publish.

Terrible Marketplace Supplier Didn't receive what was advertised, one unit's box was open already, no inner plastic, it was not a rechargeable unit either. Terrible quality. Tried returning the product, been waiting for 2 weeks for collection from this useless marketplace supplier. This is after 4 phone calls to Makro too, who are just as useless and don't offer any help. Done with Makro, done with thieving Marketplace suppliers who are *****.
