Makro Wonderboom very frustrating

I don't understand why Makro online always refer my online orders to Wonderboom branch despite several complaints I have raised with their call center over the phone. My orders are always delivered late after I lodged a complaint all the time. This time around da courier driver said dey wrote a wrong address on my order. Silverlakes branch does better than this frustrating branch which have no sense of urgency. My order number MAK***
