Makro Wonderboom Non- Delivered

Makro Online is a ****. NON - DELIVERY FOR PAID GOODS. I ordered goods from Makro Wonderboom and paid via Payflex, the delivery tracking system shows delivered. I suspect the driver or someone else falsely signed for the delivery. They separate orders in batches, your high value order is the target - it never gets deliveredto you., then they will send the rest of the other batches, once you sign as received for any, it means your order was completed. I Did NOT SiGN , i refuse Do BE PRESSURED for any incomplete deliveries. I reached out on the watsapp platform for delivery enquiry, I was assisted by Benjamin who told me to to log in the app and refund the items , i told him that i cant refund products that I did not receive. Its not a refund issue, its a non delivery issue and I further requested that he opens a case. He said he will escalate further. I also sent an email to *** and *** and Payflex to freeze payment for Non Delivered Makro OD ***, There is no response from Both Makro and Payflex.. They leave the customer with installments for goods that were NEVER Delivered. I have lodged a Dispute but I'm receiving calls from Dimakatso putting pressure on me to accept a delivery that never took place. I refuse to sign for anything until the Dispute has been resolved. I want a refund for lack of trust. At some point , they short delivered my items, when I tried to report this, I never got any help. It's stressful for my business not to have inventory delivered on time or if delivered is incomplete. Please investigate this matter. I need proof of delivery report, with driver name and surname, vehicle, GPS coordinates and signatures, reversal of the delivery status. Delivery scheduled 4November 2025.
