Makro Wonderboom Lack of communication and rude employees

Placed an online order on the 7th Sep 2024 and on the 8th received a message stating that my order has been handed to courier, till today the 23rd October I haven't received my order or any communication from them. I have called on the 18th and 22nd but still no delivery nor a refund.

Makro Wonderboom is the worst when it comes to online orders, the employees are very rude you'd swear they came with landlines when they were employed, for someone to say I'm not switch board stop calling my number, it's being rude. I doubt if their taught customer service.
