Makro Wonderboom excellent service

A big thumbs up to Makro Wonderboom for an outstanding customer service that they provided me with.

I bought a Karcher K2.360 high pressure washer in November 2020 and it started leaking water in March 2021. Contacted Karcher who advised that i take it in at the store i bought it from.

I dropped it at Makro on 7 April 2021, got a confirmation sms with reference for booking and i got continuous updates about repair process. Then after making follow ups about the items been returned from Karcher, Florence made a follow up when i made contact with Makro on 30 April 2021 that on 23 April a consultant at Makro informed me that my pressure washer is fixed and we are waiting for it to be delived at the store but nothing happened during the week of 26 April 2021. Karcher informed Makro to give me a new Karcher Unit which is working flawlessly.
