Makro Wonderboom has 0 service. Firstly they have products in stock that they do not have on the shelf. They don't even know where their stock is and getting them to find it or have an available forklift driver to get it, is impossible.

Then when you call them, they transfer you to a voice message asking you to rate their service from 1 to 5. Selecting 1 just repeats the message as if nobody will select 1. You cannot even give them a correct rating and nobody assists you. Absolutely 0 customer service.
