Makro wonderboom bad service ever

I got disappointed to see so many bad reviews about Makro ,now it's me. Well I placed an order 6 weeks ago I complained about my chairs being torn ,they have been sending me pillar to post lying saying they will come back to Me,they will pick up the chairs and bring exchanges till today last week I responded to an email asking me if i was been assisted when I rep**** no they said I can take my return to the shop ,I don't even have transport for these chairs, makro is bad very bad
