Makro WOnderboom bad service

Been waiting for a week for Makro Wonderboom to replace a (brand new) broken fridge. Manager keeps saying he will call me back to arrange delivery, but he doesn't call back. Have now been on the phone for 42 minutes, and is still waiting for Makro Wonderboom to answer their phone
