Makro wonderboom and makro online purchace can i get my refund

So makro woonderboom or makro online, i dont know who is playing me here. I bought some items oline on the 25 april 2020 and paid. Order was completed no issues there, i got an email stating my order is ready fo collection and i got another email say one of the items had been cancelled. When i got to collect i was told the item is there so they will restait my order and i can collect in a later stage even today m still waiting. I kept on calling asking why is it takung long " then i was taken from pillar to post the store is blaming online, online is blaming the store. So i didnt even today i dont know where do i fit in there, so they suggested that i should take refund and i said no problem they can refund but still today I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND ITS BEEN A MONTH KNOW, when i calll they keep on saying they will call me back which they dont. So pls can i get my refund and i will never buy online again
