Makro Wonderboom - 0 Star

I bought a Sunbeam Mineral Pot on 22/12/21 and upon assembling the unit realised that the seal was not included. I returned the item to the store today (23/12) to have it exchanged, only to be told that none of the units in store have the required parts inside. How is this even possible? Makro Wonderboom is making Sunbeam look bad by claiming they are selling incomplete items. I was given a credit note and told that should I want a refund I need to stand in another queue - this queue went out the door and I did not have the time to do this. I do not wish to support this store again, so what am I supposed to do with the credit note? All I wanted was the mineral pot - should I buy another incomplete product just to return it again? This service was ridiculous - I've wasted my time and my petrol and what do I have to show for it? R399 less in my bank account.
