Makro witholdind and lying about refunds

Makro owes me a refund. I have been waiting sins 22 February2026. When I enquire, they said the refund has been completed, but the funds are not in my bank! Now I have to send my bank statments to some strangers to proof its not paid. Makro has to proof its been paid!! If not resolved in this week, I am going to Carte Blanche! And I am going to opening a ***** case because Makro sent me some insignificant "proof of payment".
