Makro with no assistance

Makro Wonderboom. I phoned your store 8 times Saturday 12 October 2019. I bought a Sinotec 55 inch Smart TV on the 14th of September. Needed assistance, only got internet at home last week, 10th of October. My calls were dropped 6 times. the 2 times I did manage to get through to the tv department, I explained my problems with the tv to a Jerry, that said he will speak to a manager. Dropped my call. the 2nd time he promised to call back. he did not. The Sintotec is a huge disappointment. Even looking at the reviews now. Have problems installing certain apps. "Device not compatible" Cant even connect my soundbar to the tv, bought from Makro Wonderboom as well. The TV does not have an optical output. Tried other methods as well, rca cables, nothing. Its like the rcs inputs on the TV does not work. I made a huge mistake in buying a Dumb TV that cant do what its suppose to. Cant use my soundbar with the TV, to install applications on the tv is a issue. I wanted to bring the tv in Saturday, but wanted to phone first, to transport a 55 inch tv is not easy. All our appliances were bought from this Makro. Now, for the first time, i bought something that was a waste of money and no assistance from Makro!!
