Makro will ***** you!! Don't buy online 😭😭

I wrote a review here about Makro being useless and they responded pretending to assist me. I bought a fridge online which is now not working in less than a year. Their response is that I must contact "the supplier". Who the hell is the supplier because I bought on the Makro online website. Why must customers be turned into idiots when they need help??
