Makro will not back the products it sells

I purchased a self assemble rack from Makro online. The product could not be removed from the packaging without the packaging being damaged. The instructions were not clear and the quality was not very high. I tried to assemble the product and realized that this was not a quality item and the instructions were not very helpful. I returned the product in the box as best as i could get it, and the item was definitely not used. It never got finished being assembled. The items was returned to me because the packaging was damaged and it is "Claimed" the product was used. I have even asked Makro or its supplier to send a representative to my home to assemble the product to prove it can be done. This has fallen on deaf ears. So beware. Makro sell products that they are not prepared to back, and it appears they buy and sell items that they themselves have no idea of how they work. I have instructed all future purchases from my company that used to be done at Makro to be changed to another wholesaler. I am expected to back my work up, so can Makro and so can its supplier. Very Disappointed in Makro!!!!!
