Makro who runs the SHOW?

After 2 weeks still no feedback on my credit. Tried all ways possible to speak to someone higher and was told asupervisor will call me shortly. I will have to take this matter further as Makro staff and management doesnt seem capable of doing their jobs

Called ********** spoke to Kwatima and dropped the phone twice, then spoke to Kevin and he ensured me his supervisor will call me, no luck
