MAKRO, WHO IN YOUR OFFICE IS SMOKING THEIR SOCKS???

I've previously written on HP about my experience with an order I paid for online on Makro Online. My issue has still NOT been resolved!!! I had one missed call from them, and I have been calling once again each day HOPING my issue can be sorted. It's now more than 1 month of NOT receiving my order. MAKRO I'm FRUSTRATED and I'm DISAPPOINTED that you don't think your customers are important to resolve their issues!!!! Not sure who's smoking their socks in your call center. You have my money! I don't have my item I had ordered!! Not fair trade here!!!
