Makro - where's my order and why don't you call me back???

We made an online purchase kn the 4/9/24, we called the contact centre on the 13th and queried why the order is taking so long. We were told we would be called back, we never were. On the 16/9/24 we recieve an sms that our order was collected. We never went to collect it. We called the contact centre and was told they would get feedback and call us back. They never did. Is this the Makro mood and experience? Incompetence. Disrespect. Lack of accountability. Don't waste your time using there online platform, we should have listened to our friends who tried to warn us.
